Return & Refund

Thanks for purchasing our products at vanihealth.com

In order to be eligible for a full refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping cost coverage for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your return will be deducted from your refund.

The product must be in the same and salable condition that you receive it and in the original packaging and undamaged in any way, otherwise additional fees will be required. In addition, the receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

After we receive your item, we will update the process for you via E-mail, at the same time, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Usually for credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If our products arrived damaged in any way or wrong products are shipped, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement.

If you have purchased a Vanihealth product from other channels instead of Vanihealth official website, please apply for returns on the channel on which the purchase has been made.
